This guy is asking for help and then wanting to treat them like poop. I don't think anyone wants to waste time to be fired for being helpful.

Also, i believe there is an error with posts no. 4 and 9. It's from 12.00PM, not AM. I mean...i'm sure noone would work 17hours/day for nothing

Their most expensive shared hosting package is worth $12 a month......

Who in their right mind would work for hours a day for a $12/month hosting package.

My suggestion is to pay your employees, therefore giving them an incentive to work...... Just my thoughts....

I think when someone comes to a forum, puts a request that not only means working for free, but also violates US Federal Laws (assuming this person is from the US) it should be expected. If you come advertising a "Volunteer" job with a commercial company... expect the flames.

hello,

i would like you to read my post "Avg. salary of support staff???" under fourm "runnaing a web hosting company" there you will come to know what is the worth of support people that to 24x7.

it looks like you what them to work for free !!!
please do not rate tech. people who are the backbone of hosting business in such a low scale. just a request.

Wonder what his customers will think knowing their site is in the hands of volunteers.

It would only benefit to those wanting to make some "experience" in Tech support. I guess noone will hire a 20years' old guy WITH knowledge, but without experience. That's why i'm ready to sign up for them - at least to see what i can, and i also do "navigate" the whole day for nothing :)
Maybe after this experience i could actually earn some money :P

Yea, but noone will hire me if i just tell him "no, i didn't worked for anyone yet, because i will rather play with my own toys than work for nothings/less."
I wish i hadn't... :(

it wasn't about learning, it was about experience :D
