Hi ther,
I'm in a big trouble for one of my domain.
I can't receive email. The sender address doesn't receive error message.
Other domains works fine with the same settings.
Under email server the domain is added.

Check to see if you have email forwarding on.
If they're on, you won't see the error but your email is going somewhere.

Make sure that the virtual Mail server is set up correctly under DNS under the MX entry and that those email account exist.
i get, many hours later this email back:]
----- The following addresses had transient non-fatal errors -----
<info@domain.com>
----- Transcript of session follows -----
451 <info@domain.com>... domain.com: Name server timeout
451 <info@domain.com>... www.domain.com: Name server timeout
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
Email alias
Make sure you have entered the domain.com into the email alias section of the control panel.
Try sending an email to username@www.domain.com to see if that works.
If the alias is set and neither www.domain.com or domain.com work, then you have a DNS issue. Delete the DNS entry and re-enter.
I've deleted domain from DNS and re-added.
same problem
any idea?
hi Guys
I solved the problem. The second nameserver pointed on my isp didn't setup correctly.
