I have recently signed up for a DSE DK 64 in Diginode...

I have decided to write a review to share my experience...

Sign-up and Processing

The sign up page was pretty simple.. Just fill in a few form fields and hit the submit button. You will recieve an email from them and you have got to reply to the email to confirm your order. It took Diginode 3 days to setup my DSE. They say it's because there has been a lot of new trial applications so they needed time to proccess mine.

Network
-----------
They are located in Vancouver, BC. In AT&T Canada datacenter. (now know as AllStream). Network was blazing fast and I have not faced any network problems so far.

Support
----------
They support was great.. I get my emails read and responsed within 2 hr max during 'odd' hours and about 20 mins during 'normal and off-peak' hours.... However, one point I would like to mention is that I have requested for a PTR record to be set for my server IP.. They said that it is done but my IP still will not resolve to the hostname even after more than 30 hours.
