Probably will need to be developed to gain any real value ... least for me it would. Not currently listed in the search engines according to sitepopularity.org and has no content right now, so it's having to ride on it's own merits. Good thing is it's a .com so that gives you a good chance turn it into something good, but for now it would all depend on the buyer most likely.

Could have some value to a cheap hosting provider. Nice that it´s a .com and no "-" in the domain.

I dont look at annualhosting.com and think "wow what a cool domain" and its often the wow factor which will sell a domain. There are a lot of *hosting.com domains available, you can run through the dictionary and replace that star with a large number of words.
