http://www.netjunk.org/ is dead right now.
first host your site with any good web hosting company which gives you good uptime.

The best is to affiliate with fellow webmasters for a 1:1 ratio. Banners had very little click thru ratio nowsday, and i'm sure many people find it quite worthless.

Btw, i think bCentral.com has (or is going to) end their banner exchange services, remember recieving an email from them, no very sure, correct me if i'm wrong.

I've tried a number of banner exchange programs along the way, and honestly never found them worth the effort in terms of hits. It seems to be one of those chicken-and-egg things - where ya gotta have traffic to get traffic with them... and even then, returns are low.

IMHO, I think you're better off spending your time and effort getting into the se's, working up aliances with other sites, getting a newsletter started, etc.

I've heard http://www.linkleads.com/ is good. Havn't tried them though so I cannot speak from personal experience.
