Well, you're posting to a forum which relies on threaded responses, so asking for PMs to a simple question which isn't exactly a big secret seems a little silly :)
But on with the questions...
What operating system is this for?

Some of our customers like to use MailEnable:
http://www.mailenable.com/
There's a free version available.
qmail (http://cr.yp.to/qmail.html) and its qmail-smtpd. Life with qmail (http://www.lifewithqmail.org/) is great.

I wasn't aware that qmail ran on Windows servers

What operating systems does qmail support?
Answer: qmail works on practically all UNIX systems: AIX, BSD/OS, FreeBSD, HP/UX, Irix, Linux, NetBSD, OpenBSD, OSF/1, SunOS, Solaris, etc. It automatically adapts itself to new UNIX variants.
qmail does not support Windows NT.
That should answer the question. :)

Oh - blunder - I didn't notice that he were using Whimpdoze. Thanks for pointing that out.
