Just auto-forward all info@company.com email to boss@company.com

but if so, only the boss can receive the the messages, the secretary cant , cos it's autoforwarded:(

say if a msg to group@abc.com, can it be automatically copied to
a@abc.com, b@abc.com... , with each individual emal add getting the same message?

If the secretary uses Outlook Express to recieve mail she can create a Message Rule to automatically forward the emails to the boss.

For a configuration like that you'd need a Microsoft Exchange setup. I don't know many hosting companies what would have a setup that could accomidate that.

but the boss would force that general email add to auto copy him on all messages , not depends on the secretary to set that, as he would like to monitor all the messages himself ,not rely on someone else...

also if you autoforward on message to another address, will you still get that message , or gone to the other email address and you lose it forever?

thanks

It depends on what mail program(s)/server(s) you're running. Depending, you may be able to set it up to both retain a message AND forward it to another address.
