Has anyone had any experience -good or bad with EcommerceDiscovery Inc

http://www.ecommercediscovery.com

I would like to use their reseller program but I am not really sure whether they are ok or not.

Please comment on this.

Many thanks,

Eric

Well I haven't used them. But I went to their site and couldn't find anything on reselling.
Is that something you had to ask them about?

I had to send them an email and ask about it. The only thing that worries me is that they have only been operating for app. 2 months.

Yeh.......couldn't help but notice that myself

Have you asked them if they had clients you could talk to?

Yay!

I was also looking for some info about ecommercediscovery... I'm just a bit worried about the yearly contract...

I'm a bit afraid to sign up for ecommercediscovery's yearly contract.

That's what I meant. So if ecommerceydiscovery has a good rep with their members, then I shouldn't be worrying about yearly contracts...

If I can just get the info I need... so nobody's a current client by ecommercediscovery here?

AFAIK, they don't provide yearly payment for their reseller package. Only monthly :D

I have a domain hosted on a yearly plan with ECD. So far the uptime is great and I can always get an answer to my questions within hours.

Thumbs up!

I have had their basic reseller plan (mainly for my own sites and local clients) @ $35/month for about a month now and uptime has been 99%+ and answers to my emails have usually been within a few hours:)

Since the reseller plans are on a monthly basis I would certainly recommend giving them a try:)

Edit: Forgot to say that server performance has been fast and stable, and even from here in the UK my upload and download speeds have been very fast on ISDN 7kb+:)
