I'm interested in when you receive the most support calls, any contact method.

I suppose it would make more sense to have a pareto of when calls come in, but I don't know how to make a poll to do that :).

I've requested the answers in GMT so we can measure time from around the world. You should all be able to make the conversion from local time to GMT time - right?

If you would care to add more data in a post - a pareto of call volume by time for instance - that would be great.

Hm, I think that depends a little on your client base.
If most of your clients are business people like for me the cry for help usually is on the day, but if you host more personal accounts it will be in the evening....

it also depends on what type of customer you have. if you have customer running e-commerce sites then support request are all time. if people use to host there home pages then support request are at night
