Dnslinux 07-29-2003, 06:12 AM Back up now, so a downtime of about 15 minutes. Anyone else? blue27 07-29-2003, 07:12 AM Down 15 minutes and you post here? Did you try to contact them first or at least wait a few minutes to check again? These posts are totally unnecessary. Dnslinux 07-29-2003, 07:16 AM Yes, tried to contact them...they where down also. Prior to posting, I did not know how long the downtime was going to be! After the recent Yipes outage (no fault of webreseller BTW) you do prepare for the worst. kathystover 07-29-2003, 10:21 AM It is good for you to post. Webreseller has had lots of problems in addition to the one that the truck crash created. I tried one server there just to check them out. So many tried to tell me that it was unusual or that we were unlucky with that server. But I keep hearing others with similar problems. You know, 15 minutes here, 15 minutes there - our experience with them was some down time almost every single week- it has an impact and is not insignificant. I wonder if maybe one or two of those could be considered "unnecessary"? ;) The guy asked a simple question - give him a break. -B TMX 07-29-2003, 10:40 AM Originally posted by kathystover So many tried to tell me that it was unusual It was. or that we were unlucky with that server. You were. -B php-dawg 07-29-2003, 03:21 PM Welllll, TMX, all of webreseller is down completely AGAIN now. Can't reach their website or any other coming from the webreseller datacenter. According to you, anyone with with Webreseller is just sooooo unlucky. Might be better to migrate to a datacenter that isn't so unlucky! |
