Hi Everyone

My very first post. I'd like to welcome myself to this forum...

My question to all of you is this: How do you organize your online sign up process ? How do you make your order forms user friendly, simple and straight forward?
I have tried a few different versions thus far, but clients still compain about the confusion and complexity. I don't know if you've had the same experience but it is costing us a bit.

From your experience which format of sign-up forms has proven to be most user friendly?
What is the exact sign-up process?
One page or multiple?
Domain registration + hosting all at once or seperately?

Some people create their own solutions. Or they use perlbill or modernbill .. which come with pre-built order forms. Which is pretty nice. I am using ModernBill and find it to be quite friendly. Does need work in some areas, but overall its nice. If you don't like any of the pre-built solutions. You will have to try building your own.
