Now that you mention it, I just looked and it's not in there after all. Come to think of it, it also doesn't say dos attacks against WHT are against the rules either.;)

By definition spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most spam is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal services. Spam costs the sender very little to send -- most of the costs are paid for by the recipient or the carriers rather than by the sender. In terms of flooding the main forums with advertisements this rule generally covers most of it:

"Participants may not use discussions to publish any information regarding their product or services. This includes suggesting your own services. "

Obviously our rules are in addition to legislation (i.e. dos attacks, slander, etc..) where WebHostingTalk is hosted (ie. New York).

Also we reserve the right to modify or remove posts at our discretion, which we will usually exercise when a post is deemed unsuitable.

I dont recomend sending spam.
For a start Most people have it deleted before opening it (i do). and many E-Mail clients are cracking down on "Spammers" hotmail is getting much better!
