I've looked at dozens of different hosts, but haven't found what I'm looking for, so thought I'd post here for input. Please forgive me if I went into too much detail.

I'd like to set up as a reseller with ability to upgrade to dedicated in future. FYI up front, some but not all of my client accounts may contain ADULT content.

In a nutshell, I'd like to buy a monthly block of storage and bandwidth with all of the usual reseller tools, but be billed for a lump, and not by each account I maintain.

Typical stuff first:
- Storage - (Open) 30MB plus?
- 5GB or more Bandwidth with reasonable price for
additional GB
- PHP4
- mySQL
- phpmyAdmin
- PERL
- CGI-BIN
- Web Mail Lists
- Front Page Extensions
- POP/SMTP & Web-Based email access and admin
- Autoresponders
- Password-Protectable directories
- custom error pages
- unmetered FTP uploads would be nice
- 24/7 Support nice

Reseller stuff:
- I'd like to be able to create accounts (within my main
account), but at no additional charge to me.
- Storage and bandwidth would be under my collective
purchase, but I'd have enough detail to prepare
a billing by account
- Each account would see my business as their
host.
- I'd get reports on usage by account so I could
distribute billing as appropriate to each account
- Control Panel - for me and clients (CPanel?)
- Ability to add additional DNS A, cname, mx for resell
- sub-domains
- mySQL - Additional database per account
- 1 or more FTP account per sub-account
- my own DNS address
- 10 or more email address for each domain
- unlimited email alias
- raw log access
- reasonable price for additional IP addresses if needed

Special stuff:
- Some sites may contain adult content.
(one reason I'd like umbrella pricing for storage
and bandwidth)
- No restriction on streaming videos (yep, I know about
the bandwidth)
- Microsoft Media Server support - W2K would be nice,
but not as important as price right now.
- I'd like to know what the servers would be.
- I'd like to know what my burstable rate would be.

What have i missed! :) A lot of the requirements are open to variation, since I haven't found exactly this yet anyway!
