Nevertheless, I like it! web server, but i don't think their configurator checks for compatibility and hey the video card was the one of the cheapest listed :eek:

Do you really need a rack-mount case??? Where is this server going to be located.

What is this machine for???

For 4.5K you can get a nice dell rig or something from other providers (penguin computing).

just thinking what i'd use if i ever colocated a server or 2 if i ever had the money :rolleyes:

I'm assuming it's a total of 1GB memory? If so, get 2x 512mb instead of 4x256mb. The motherboard probably only had 4 dimm slots, so if you have 4 dimms you'll need to pull some out to upgrade.
