This is what I've setup but when open http://209.217.52.118/ it still show the plesk default page instead of my page??

All you have done here is configure your DNS, you also need to configure Apache to pull up your site by telling it what directory to pull files from when a request is made for that domain name.

I'm sure Plesk has an easy way to do this, although I am not familiar with the program.

not too familiar with plesk but you will want to alter the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file for that particular site. Find its container and alter the DocumentRoot directive to where you have your site files.

It's fix now, I get catalog.com support guys to reinstalled the OS for me.
