I have taken a look at your pricing plan and it isn't as clear (to me) as it could be.

The account at $6.89 per month is the 'Linux Professional', yes?

$6.89 is a 70% discount off $22.95, yes?

This page (http://www.gearworx.net/products/linux/) shows the $6.89 price.

One Time Setup Fee $30
Monthly Fee $22.95
Quarterly Fee $21.95
Semi-Annual Fee $20.95

Do I assume that the $30 setup fee applies whatever (is THIS discounted?), and that if we pay twice a year, the fee is $20.95 per month (discounted by 70% to $6.29).

Most hosts waive the setup fee for a 12month contract, otherwise amortising the $30 (assuming it isn't discounted) across 12 months adds $2.50 to each month. Could you clarify?

After the offer period ends, is there a guarantee that prices won't go back up?

As per MOST hosts, no obvious links to your 'Acceptable Use Policy' is shown (http://www.gearworx.net/aup/) on the on page menu. Why not? They are some of the most reasonable I have seen on an account of this type and price.

We do not offer annual hosting so we feel the setup fees are still justified. It is also discounted when you order.

I looked at the site, I can see how it can be confusing but it still makes sense to me. 70% off on all Linux hosting, plain and simple.

It's tru that you have to search their site to find information but isn't that what you do anyways? They have a link to the AUP but you have to go under the company button to see it. No biggie to me...

...but I've already ordered from these guys so this is just me talking.
