Is there any company out there where you can be a reseller of shared hosting, but specifically windows shared hosting?

Also, if they offer anonymous support for your resold clients that would be nifty.

There are, to put it mildly, many companies out there that fit that description. Your post would probably fare better in the Web Hosting Forum (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=1). I also suggest you search around on some web hosting directories, my favorite being http://www.hostsearch.com. You can use their reseller search to sift out companies that meet your needs:

You might also want to consider the reviews while evaluating hosts as well.

As for the anonymous support, I believe a good number of hosts would meet that requirement.

I am presently using a resller account with only a cuple of minor issues the past 6 months. Support and uptime have been great.
