Has anyone tried to contact paypal lately?
through e-mail... their web site...

I've been trying to contact them for the past 3 weeks and all I get is autoresponders.

The activities of my account are weird too... im asking them questions about the activities of my account, but no response...

i am very angry about their lack of response... ive been patient enough!

well, i sent them a irratated email yesterday... and got a response today...

but it was one of those short and not so sweet email messages... those one-liners that answers the question just barely.

its very frustrating...

Please feel free to send me an email with your account issues (and email address on the account) and I will make sure they are handled in a prompt manner. Send me a PM or email me at damon@paypal.com.

Thank you for your patience.

Also, when did they take their too free number off the website? That isn't a good sign.

Alpha-I did have some email problems late Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Please be sure to resend if I have not responded.

The phone number is available after a user logs in on their account (under the help section). Business/Premier accounts are given an 800#, while personal accounts have to pay for the call.

I see it now, I looked all over for it the other day and couldn't find it.

Thanks,
John
