I need to setup a site that will be accessed by IP only, not by domain.

I am on Rackshack and have an additional IP for this purpose. How can I go about setting up a site so that it will be accessed from this additional IP I have?

(Also I am using Rackshacks nameserver at the moment.)

Ehm...
I assume you run a RaQ?

Make a virtual site with the IP,
save, and then pound in the IP in your browser
