does anybody know of a 2k or nt reseller system where you only pay for the accounts you set up? (not a montly set fee?)

i.e. each account you set up costs $4 rather than paying a set $40 fee per month for unlimited a la donhost.

I'm not sure I know of one personally, although you could try posting that as a request in the Ad./Offers Forum and see if you get some leads.
