nameslave 07-25-2003, 09:57 AM | Domainsatcost.ca's CAN$17.49 is the lowest regular price I've seen for .ca registration. (You've just missed BareMetal's CAN$14.99 promotion which ended on July 15.) However, I would NOT recommend Domainsatcost.ca because their domain management interface is NOT really automated as expected, and it would definitely cost extra to call them long distance.
By the way, make sure you are eligible (as a Canadian entity). |

Hmm.. So who do you recommand? |
NyteOwl 07-25-2003, 07:18 PM I have dealt with both Tera-Byte and BareMetal. Both have been good to deal with. BareMetal is a bit cheaper at $20 CAD plus tax. |
Trimax 07-25-2003, 11:30 PM Alright.. Guess I will get one from baremetal.ca..
Thanks for your help. |
peethernet 07-26-2003, 06:30 AM If it's not too late... netnation.ca has all domains on sale for $14.95CDN |
Daijoubu 07-26-2003, 07:59 AM netnation.ca: here's the catch
*Note: a maximum of 5 .ca domains can be registered at this special price. Special price does not apply to renewals or transfers of .ca domains. |
nameslave 07-26-2003, 08:30 AM I know that NetNation is merging with Hostway, but are they a CIRA-certified .ca registrar? |

So who else wants to register a .ca domain? |
NyteOwl 07-26-2003, 04:38 PM I'd assume that the max was 5 per person customer. :)
They aren't on CIRA's list which means they are probably a reseller, or are registered under a different name with CIRA. |
