I'm interested in hearing if anyone here has come across the redalert Virus at all, or has noticed any impact. I belieave it spreads again tonight.

AAAAHH! Virus!!!

Thousands of sites infected!!! AAAHH!!!

Infects unpatched NT servers!!!!

PS: is WHT being slow for anyone else, or is it just my dad d/l'ing mp3's?

I also found that WHT is very slow today.

Even if you run *nix servers, it can affect you. One of the traits of this virus is that once a MS machine is affected, it scans a block or 1,000 new IPs looking for others to infect.

All this extra traffic means network congestion! :(
