I would like a webdesigner to make our site look better. We would like to modernize, and take out the bright, "default" colors.

We are on a semi-tight budget, and is looking to spend about $40-50. We need the site updated today or tomorrow night latest.

After ralking with me (preferably over AIM), you will create a preview of how the site will look, we will make any changes. When the preview is approved, I will paypal or payko the payment and you will send me the site that is ready to be uploaded (template, or full site; talk to me. For a lower price, you can just create a Dreamweaver MX template for me to use).

Also, if a banner ad can be thrown in, that would be great but not necessary, and is not needed ASAP.

Have you thought about converting your site into a CMS/portal? There are many CMS/portals that are easy to install and setup. Xoops and Mambo are two populal ones. (other the Nukes)
