Hello,
I currently have little experience in formal work, however, I have been programming and designing for a long time. I currently am trying to promote my web site. Although it may not seem possible, I am more than capable of most web and programming jobs.
In terms or web design, I have experience with HTML, Java, Flash, JavaScript, PHP, and to a lesser extent Perl.
In terms of programming, I have knowledge of C++, Java, Flash, and Visual Basic.
In terms of graphic design, I have used many different programs, and have had a ton of experience designing.
As I have said, I may not have any formal qualifications, but have and currently am working on many web and programming projects. Best of all, you name the price you want a job to be done for.
