Hi,
just enom allows you to use your company datas instead of the ICANN accredited registrar in a whois search or are there other providers?
We're going to choose enom only for this but if you know someone else...
Thanks
Andrea

Enom is the only one - as far as I know :)

Enom does not hide the registrar info. It is still visible in the whois output. They just list the reseller the name is registered with.

Thats what I thought, but before I posted above I did a whois on some of my domains and enom wasn't listed anywhere, just my details.

You may want to look that up in the authoritative whois at:
http://www.internic.net/whois.html
The registrar field is mandatory.

Yep, that’s what I thought.
But on the whois provided by directnic and netsol it does not show up. ;)

Opensrs allows you to configure this as well

There are many registrars that allow you to acess thier api and build a registration site around htier api... if thats what your asking..
No registrar allows you to change the name of the registrar the domain is actually registered with though.

Nope the ability to show (you) as the registration service provider in the whois instead of the the likes of Enom or Opensrs
