I was wondering if anyone knew, if we could add some sort of HTML Or PHP editor to the Cpanel X, in order to build your pages from scratch rather then using Ftp software

Do you want to upload files or create websites online.
Also does it need to be wysiwyg or html input.

There are programs available which allow you to offer a web site builder online.
Also, someone needs to help out with the name of the poster on this one but if you look through the related offers and requests forum there has been an online editor advertised several times by a WHT member.

Edit
Found it. Try this thread.

If I am reading this correctly you want an "Online" page builder. Here is one that I have only used a little but my clients really seem to like.
Genesis (http://www.xav.com/scripts/genesis/)

[EDIT] Oh BTW it does have an online installer that does work well with our servers and I suspect that any site you have with FTP will work fine. Try the online demo they have there also

I am not fully sure about Cpanel , but what we use H-Sphere has somethign called Site Studio Website Creator , but it shurns out mostly html pages - not php .
