How do I export and then Import the zones from one DNS box to another so I don't have to enter 100+ domains in the new DNS box ?

zone files should be in

c:\<%WindowsDirectory%>\System32\dns

Not sure if it works if you copy from one to the other, but worth giving a try.

If you have identical boxes, we usually just run a backup of the server using WIndows 2000 backup and restore it back onto another server.
