I need the following, maybe a virtual dedicated server, but I can't afford a dedicated server currently.

- 700 Mb Space
- 40-45 Gb transfer
- Mysql (5 databases) / PHP
- SSH access
- mod_gzip, gd lib

and the possibility to easily upgrade to a full dedicated server in the future

Is the bandwidth usage you specified before or after mod_gzip ?

I know but whm/cpanel costs an aditional $60 per month and I don't feel secure using other control panels (like plesk or webmin) :(

What is your website for? A big forum? or media files?
