OK below is a list of things I am looking for a person/persons to do for me, and please contact me at leigh@xione.net stating how much you would charge.

1. Simple PHP contact form created that can be easily customised. The contact form must feature a drop down "To" field relating to the various departments. So if the chose Support, then it would be coded in the PHP script to to send to support@xione.net.
Also a "From" field containing their email adress, with error validation tests please. And two more fields, one also a drop down menu. But the values of these fields I will need o be able to input myself. I wouldnt mind going through the php code to do this, addidng the relative values to what I would add on the form, if that makes sense.
Last field to contain the body of the email.
With the email being sent, I need it to be time stamped so i can see what time the email was sent, and also the senders IP address logged. All this information needs to be included in the email.

2. Some adverts designed, would like a selection really. A banner (468x60) with two different designs. One design would just be a static picture, while the other design would be animated (no flash).
I also need a similiar thing for a smaller advert (120x60), one animated and one static.

so you need a form, that sends the data to whatever email address they select from the first drop down menu?

getting the ip address is simple, along with the timestamp.
