I'm just looking for some opinions
Concerning a domain, it's a .org and the bad news is, as far as i know it's a trademark, i was reading up on some cases, and a battle for thedomain.it was won by the company.
The term has 9137 on overture and 594,000 on google, now i know i can't sell it because i'd get screwed and i would guess that a page with any sort of advertising that i earn from would also be a bad idea, but if i just put up an active page so it got listed, and directed traffic to a non-profit website, what would be the outcome if it gets noticed? which it probally will eventually, i know the thing to do then would just be to transfer it without argument, but would there be any comeback on the fact that i was directing it elsewhere, even to a non-profit site?
