Where can I find the ssh pkg file?

Ok, got it installed and I'm using putty to connect to the server.

I was able to connect with my admin account fine. How do I enable a user to be able to connect?

Is there anything else I need to configure.

I have telnet disabled, is that right??

As strange as this sounds here is how I have it setup.

On the main "services" options, I have telnet turned off.
On the individual sites, I have telnet/shell on and the accounts that need it have telnet/shell on.

The main telnet is turned off so no one can telnet in. If you don't have telnet/shell turned on for the various domains/accounts, then they won't be able to ssh in.
