The service is cheap but bad......low connection speed......it is not easy that user to browse my site and I also cannot use ftp to connect it.

Furthermore, the email support is also bad. They say they have 24 hours email suuport and will reply email within 6 hours. However, I have send 3 emails to them and only get 1 reply after 48 hours.

Since there is no refund nad I have prepay serveral monthy fee, I am regret to join it after several days.
