I am looking for a script that does this.

1. The script uses .htaccess and modifies it if needed.
2. It lets people sign up for an account. Upon approval, the script will send a temporary password which will last for aligned days/hours.
3. Admin area to align the life of the passwords / to edit/remove accounts.

4. (Optional), it uses header/footer.

I have searched for a few days on hotscript and some other script indexing sites with no luck.

If anyone know such script, please let me know
