Am looking for a new host, and found Firefly Hosting (www.fireflyhosting.com).

They have the usual too-good-to-be-true offers (cheeeeeaaaaap disk space), but a couple of things make them seem more reliable - a big section of FAQ's, and money back for failing to answer a ticket within 12 hours.

Anyone have experience with these guys?
