I'm currently using MSN MESSENGER and the quality for voice chat is surprisingly good. The upload and download seldom exceeds 30kbps which makes it possible even to talk to 56K modem in overseas. I'm using this because this saves me lots of money from paying overseas phone call.

However, i'm on the lookout for a better one and is wondering if anyone had any experience with any GOOD software around.

Clearphone, although the interface is a little wierd, clearphone is the very best audio you will ever find for conferencing... It will blow your mind :-) give it a try..
