I was seeking for a new host when I found them, "Why not give it a try" I asked myself.
And after 5 days, I must say it wasn't a bad choice at all. They had few problems with Ensim when I first registered but now everything is corrected, site's running a full speed now :)

Support is great and fast, had my tickets answered in no delay. Even sometimes, instantaneous! (Ok I’m exaggerating, but less than 1 min :stickout: )
Admin have show great patience with me on MSN. Thumbs up!
And they also have a low ratio customers/server of 20

Oh and the last but not the least: They also speak French! ;)

(The above statement explain my poor English :D)

Thanks :)

Those comments are well-appreciated. By the way you could update your Profile informations to fit your new domain name.

It is always funny to see how good comments from people doesn't attract a lot of people. Posts with bad comments have 3 pages...those with good doesn't have much posts.

Anyway, I suppose it's the way it works!

Shameless bump, eh UltimeWWW? Anyhow, as everyone has said time and time again, 5 days way to soon to be posting feedback. This is one thread that I would NOT be bumping but hoping would fade away into oblivion to hide my embarrassment.

I don't think this an embarrassment. He's happy, that's the thing. Let's ask him to come back after a cupple of weeks. He will say the same thing, I'm sure.

I know UltimeWeb from whtchat.com and he seems ok :)

Do however note:
Assuming you are on a shared hosting package with them, the 20 customers / server ratio is unrealistic and false. :)

This isn't exactly what I said, the thing was 20 accounts INCLUDING resellers :)

So 15 resellers + 5 shared = 20 accounts.

UltimeWWW: You put shared and reseler accounts on the same servers? :o

I was just pointing out a misrepresentation, lets not go :topic: here.

Well done to UltimeWeb for having a happy client.

Yes on this server. We seperate them normally but not on this one.

Thanks.

We still mix resellers and shared on our first 2 servers but at this very moment, we are migrating Alpha resellers to a new dual xeon box....sweet.

Great to see the follow up. Glad you are happy there and that this is an example of decent feedback.

By the way Matt, we just finished the migrations on those 2 first boxes and now shared and reseller clients are separate on every box. :)

That is what we we're planning to do.

We're gonna try to modify those soon.
