Heh, I checked his details in ICQ and he is some 64 year old fart.

In his 'additional info' he has written

"Let's Get Your Some Reliable Hosting Going Today"

If he cant write a sentence properly, how is he supost to run a hosting company?

Basically, even if you don't have telnet/SSH access at either host (and this applies in the future with any future hosts you may consider), you can ask your host now to tar up the site, and (if you don't have access at your new host), ask them to untar the site to your new space.

If you have telnet/SSH at either place, you can do whichever part yourself.
