********* is an ICANN-accredited registrar which is having the SAME address as Hostway, so go figure the rest. ;)

Hostway wasn't a registrar before. So they probably couldn't register themselves with a registrar that didn't exist yet.

Obviously, they had to register these sites prior to being a registrar. However, you do think they would transfer them......

transfer from register.com? that will be fun....
