Due to the equipment failure Secured Networks previously had, we are looking to sell our clients or the company itself due to the extreme circumstances that we had with the network outage. We are no longer able to support our servers and make timely payments for our network costs. We are declaring bankruptcy and are forced to permanently close down and disable the company Secured Networks. We currently have about 38 clients on a free 30 day compensation because of the outage. Please submit offers to us via email. Thank you for your time.

I think the clients are just getting this month free due to the downtime. Starting next month they will be normal, paying customers to whoever buys them. Am I correct?

If someone chooses to purchase the whole company they would receive web site, domain, scripts, etc. As well as clients. If they want to work in the machine as well that is workable. And yes clients will resume normal billing on around the 20th of next month.

How can we make a bid without more information on how many customers you have and how much revenue they are generating. I sent you an email asking you for those items and never got a reply.
