I think most of the host will say they are good host, but I think in the hosting industry, we must try ourself to know what is good or bad. They are like every other host and the only difference is that they are big (client base wise). Unlike smaller hosts, they can afford to pay 69000 PC MAG for a ad per issue. I used them when I just started a website on the WEB :) My ratings: (1 = Worst 5 = Best Scale) Support: 3 Service Reliability: 4 Pricing: 2 Attractive Advert: 5 :D PreSale Info: 2 Uptime: 5 (Im not sure about the uptime now because I was with them quite sometime ago.)
