i have a question about webhosting, here are some of the requirements i need.

MySgl / php
500 meg of webspace
100Gb+ bandwith / month
Full CGI (Perl), Telnet, & FTP Access
price between 100 - 150 dollars a month

and basically all the other standard features with webhosting.

I was sent an email about this webhost

it looks very good as far as prices go , because at the moment i'm only looking for virtual hosting.

i just want to know if any of you have ever used them or even heard of them and what do u think about them

Also i was reckomended to try http://www.energyhosting.com/
i'd just like to know also if any1 has used them and what their reputation is like.
