As many of you may know we recently changed data centers. We were with a horrible data center that provided horrible service plus the downtime was unbelieveable.

It was the worst experience and the worst data center i have ever been in.

The company recently switched data centers and we have had 100% uptime. (With the exception of an hour on the weekend which i think was due to the new data center fixing the Cisco problems.) The service has been amazing, and the uptime amazing.

This company unlike the previous data center don't cruise by on their reputations, they provide great service, and wonderful uptime.

Our company just celebrated an annaversary and i have to say that I have been able to sleep much better since changing to the new data center.

So i just once again want to say thanks for providing great service and standing behind that. You have always been great to work with, and i am glad to see that continues.

Btw, the downtime on weekend was 3 hours not 1.
Also use the search function to see how many praises like this
there were in the first week...
and how they were hiding after a month or two.

Since swithcing from the horrible data center, the service with Hostany has been great.

I waited a bit to post about the uptime to be sure, but i think 2 months is pretty fair to be doing a review of the uptime. (Maybe i'm just happy that i don't have the daily downtime of the last data center.) But Hostany for me has been great.

In the hosting business uptime is almost eveything and they have provided that, for which i am greatful. The weekend was once in a two month period, which from where i'm coming from is a god send. I have had so much peace of mind since switching to Hostany.

I haven't had a chance to use the Customer Service because i haven't had a need, but i hope that it's just as good as it was when i had them for cpanel before.

Anyways that's my review and if you need one a few months down the line i will be happy to post an update, but from where i am the company is doing good.

I've been with them for 2 months but just moved all accounts away to a server at Rackshack, due to long response times on support requests. I gave them a second change. Excellent NOC, excellent server, but support :eek:, sorry but lol.

I must agree with you. I emailed their Sales division not long ago but it took them days to reply me. It is horrible...
