Hi,
Newbie here to ModernBill and have some questions:
1) Does it generate a order form where the clients can fill out and select their method of payment? (I.E: PayPal, CC)? If so, where can I see a demo/example of the order form that some people?
2) If they decide to pay by PayPal, when they are done filling out the form does ModernBill take them to the PayPal page where they can finish the form by entering their name/password and send the money?
3) If they decide to pay by CC, do they just submit their CC number and I have to manually charge it with a merchant account such as PaySytems? Or is there a way I can add a PaySystem information into the ModernBill so when they submit it ModernBill automatically charges the card for me?
4) If they pay by check will ModernBill simply tell them where to send the money to?
5) Nothing here.
Thanks

Yes. Demo is available on their website, but I'll link ya:
http://www.modernbill.com/demo/order/
2) If they decide to pay by PayPal, when they are done filling out the form does ModernBill take them to the PayPal page where they can finish the form by entering their name/password and send the money?
Yes. It uses Paypal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification). Once payment has been sent, Paypal will verify it with Modernbill, if it all matches up, they'll get a "Thank You" page.
3) If they decide to pay by CC, do they just submit their CC number and I have to manually charge it with a merchant account such as PaySytems? Or is there a way I can add a PaySystem information into the ModernBill so when they submit it ModernBill automatically charges the card for me?
We have our own merchant provider (Authorize.net). For us, it charges them and then sends them a Confirmation Email as well as to us. When we recieve it, we just log into the control panel of MB and activate their account, where it also create the account in cPanel for them.
4) If they pay by check will ModernBill simply tell them where to send the money to?
Yes. All orders are placed in a queue. You are then able to activate them or just delete them.
5) Nothing here.
I'm not sure how to answer that, you'll need to ask Modernbill. :D
Thanks a bunch, just what I expected. One more question:
Well, maybe more.
Can I edit the order process to fit my needs? Example.. if I don't want domain registering. I notice when doing the demo it had the option to register domains that were "available", but I don't want that.
Also, when you activate the account in MB, how does cPanel automatically create the account? I know how to do it manually, but is there a cPanel/MB integration I don't know about? :D

Yes. You can set it to allow peopel to register domains, in which you would input the details, such as who you use like Enom.com and your enom username/password. You can disable that feature.

Yes. When an order is placed, you'll recieve a confirmation email. In which you will verify the order (no Fraud) and then log into your Modernbill, activate the account, head over the queue and click "RUN" and it will setup the account in Cpanel and send a nice welcome email.
