Depends on what you want to run. Most control panels will include these in their own installations. If you don't plan on using a control panel, the easiest way would be to download the rpm packages from the redhat ftp and install those.

Very true. These days most panels have their own rpms for apache , ftp , mail etc.
You could either try those or the rpms.
If you want to carry out this drill for the sake of studying. It would be good to download the sources and compile..
You'll need named , apache, ftp (proftpd,...) , mail (qmail , exim..) , ssh , mysql , perl , php as the basic.

Besides installing from source, you can also use RPM provided by RedHat to install those. From source, you have better control and from RPM you don't have to crack your mind about how to do this and that so much as everything will be from the default.
Just my thoughts.
Thanks.

Redhat from at least the 7.x versions and up have included a Custom Setup option from the install menu allowing you to choose from several different options. The most recent ones 8.0 and 9.0, both allow for mysql, php, apache, postfix, and various other popular server programs too. It should be very easy simply to install these when you install RedHat.
