There are lot's of them. Check out the related offers and requests forum. One that I have had personal experience with is Babylon IT. He designed a site for me, not yet online but his portfolio is online at www.svvdesign.com
The site is in Dutch (I think) but it's easy enough to navigate.

Yes gamemaster, shouldnt have used the word "cheap". low cost would be a better choice.

I guess that would depend on what you consider to be cheap and what your one pager would consist of. Fill in those details and I'll have an answer for you.

I agree with WHNV... it all depends on what you're looking for, how many pages, scripting required(?), etc. For example, I've done many really small, simple sites. More complex sites that may include maintenance and support cost much more. :cool:
