Thats strange !.

I myself signed up with RackMy for a Win2000 dedicated.
Its been less than a month but I'm happy with it.

There are also others who offer Win2000 servers here
like pwebtech.com, dtwebworks.com, etc though the numbers are far less than for Linux/Unix.

Just search around and you will find Win2K providers who post in WHT.
