You say 20% of sales revenue, does this include all sales revenue, or just the first portion of it? For instance.... if someone places an order for $9.95 hosting per month with no setup fee, do I just get a lousy $1.99? Or would I get $1.99 each month that customer stayed with you?

No lousy commissions. We have annual billing only. That means client buys hosting plans for $85 a year and you get 20% of this sum.
