*SSI
*CGI (Perl)
*3GB Bandwidth
*A way of making .shtml a "Mime Type" I think is what it is called so that .shtml can be used just like .html in being called by default by a directory
*Password protected directories or telnet

You can just upload a .htaccess file to your root directory with the following line:

DirectoryIndex index.shtml index.html index.htm
