Can someone please point me in the right direction. Is webmin a control panel? All I really want is for my users to have access to MySQL. Do I need to install Webmin before I can install Webmin MySQL? Is there a site that gives instructions on how all of this works? Please help.

If you only want your members to be able to access MySQL, just allow them to telnet to their domain accounts and use MySQL directly.

phpMyAdmin works great as well. Do a search for that.
