Well I would liek to know whats the best way to write these. Shoudl I write them and them send them of to a solicitor to make sure there are no flaws - would this be best. Also are there any sites in which to help write these?

I would consult your attorney and have him work hand-in-hand with yourself to draft these very important and extremely critical documents.

isn't it a matter of copy/paste from others' and editing your info?
